NuView is a privately funded Company which includes only private investors has no long term debt and and obtains non dilutive grants for research and development.

On November 4, 2010 NuView was awarded grants totalling in excess of $1.2 million under The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA). The grant was awarded and certified by Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Health and Human Services for further development of the Company's five projects.

A qualifying therapeutic discovery project is one designed to either treat or prevent diseases or conditions by conducting preclinical studies, clinical trials, carrying out research protocols for the purpose of securing approval from the Food and Drug Administration to diagnose diseases, or conditions or to determine molecular factors relating to diseases or conditions by developing molecular diagnostics to guide therapeutic decisions.
